Nothing but good things to say about Meridian Springs Primary Care. Dr. Rao is quite amazing. Very friendly and professional. Also, nurse Gretchen is so friendly and helpful along with being very knowledgeable. I highly recommend discussing with them their subscription options that is much less than insurance premiums...and which may also be tax deductible.I also recommend you inquire about the NAD+ injections. I am on my 2nd injection and the difference is really hard to believe. Lots more energy, focus, inflammation/pain relief, etc.

Another hospital scam🛑🛑🛑🛑I am sorry I referred this hospital to many of my friends. Please 🙏 keep your eyes open and sign the paperwork. Just like Gym and other businesses this Meridian Springs Hospital also has some small fine print agreement/contract which you have to call and terminate even though you took only 3 months membership…they take your bank card and they keep charging you until you call and terminate it.🛑🛑🛑🛑🛑which they conveniently don’t mention even if you ask them straight up on their face to the lady at the front desk.🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

I went there seeking help for my addiction. I saved up money and built up the courage to go. The Doctor was really mean to me. She made me feel like she didn't understand what I was going through at all. Told me I was lying and that I didn't really need help. I left there in tears hopeless as ever feeling ashamed. If you're fighting for your life, do NOT go here. She made me never want to reach out for help again. I don't know what to do now.

Dr Rao and staff are always professional and they make Dr visits bearable! Having access to telemedicine and being able to easily communicate with the Dr and staff through their app and by phone makes it easy to get answers when needed. I highly recommend them!

I've been with Dr. Rao now for a couple of years, she's amazing! She's made sure that the times I've needed an extended visit to discuss and understand things thoroughly that I never felt rushed when at an appointment with her. I love that she's straight to the point and doesn't sugar coat anything. I've been able to make several appointments now with very short notice and have never had a wait time when visiting her office or doing the virtual appointments. Without her knowledge and ability to explain things in terms I fully understand, I would be lost completely.

We LOVE Dr Rao and can't say enough good things about her. She has always been right about every diagnosis and treatment even when I doubted her! She is also very calm and kind when myself or my kids are sick or nervous. Meridian Springs always responds to my messages within the hour if not sooner and they have always gotten us in for an appointment same day! We love it here especially after the horrible doctor's offices and front staff we dealt with before. Highly recommend.

Dr. Rao listens to you and realizes that you know your body. It is so easy to make a same day appointment and through her app she can even talk to you and call in medication after hours, depending on what it is. Last time I didn’t even take a seat in the waiting room. She also will advise some natural solutions and remedies if she can. Highly recommend.

Dr. Rao is an excellent physician. My wife and I have been using Meridian Springs for several years and have been very pleased with our care. The specialist referrals she's given us are very good as well. We were looking for an alternative to the insurance based care we were used to and have found this to be a far more personalized care, as well as more affordable. I would give Dr. Rao and Meridian Springs 6 stars, if that were possible!

The staff here is great, Dr. Rao listens to what you have to say and makes sure to answer all your questions fully and to the best of her ability, she is patient with our children and makes them feel completely comfortable as well. Gretchen is great too, she always welcomes you with a smile and listens to what you have to say. I’d recommend Meridian Springs Primary Care to whoever is looking for a doctor.

Dr. Rao has been my PCP for years. I am very pleased with her level of knowledge as well as how quick I am able to get in to see her. It is nice to have a doctor that can also help you virtually or over the phone with smaller medical issue. Every month all I have to do is text for my medication refill and Dr. Rao sends it immediately. I like that Meridian Springs offers a flat monthly fee every month for all my medical needs which is good for those who could not afford insurance. I would recommend everyone to give this clinic a chance.

I was referred to Dr. Rao by my wedding planner. I am a teacher and it's no secret our insurance is not....great....but Dr. Rao is SO accommodating, friendly, personable, and professional. She makes me feel comfortable when I go in for an office visit. She is a million times better than any urgent care I have ever been to, and I like that I have a good relationship with my PCP. My mom has several medical problems and was hesitant to come to visit the US. After hearing about Meridian Springs she agreed to come and stay with us for the summer.
